Position Overview
As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Based in our office, you’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from our clients needing support
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document support requests, solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with workstation setups, user account management, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role is required.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous IT experience or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
